LADYLIKE AF
Jamie Popp, Founder
Ladylike AF is a brand built on authenticity. Ladylike is about remaining passionately true to who you are, in the face of adversity, with class. It’s being loyal to your goals. It’s understanding that we develop resiliency through physical training, and it’s resiliency that carries us through.
It’s creating the self discipline it takes to train our bodies and our minds which cultivates the confidence we need to attack our goals.
That is LADYLIKE AF.
Through our charitable efforts, sponsorships and athlete mentality, we strive to make an impact. We want you live your true potential , embracing all of who you are, even if it goes against the mold that was created for you. It is my firm belief that being in the gym, on the mat, or wherever you train- cultivates resiliency. As an athlete, you will fail. You will miss a lift, or be forced to tap out, and we expect it. We accept that failing is a part of training. But, We learn to adapt through failure and persevere until we win.
We Don’t Quit
That is the exact mindset that also makes us successful in life. I invite you to dig in and train for life with us.
Every purchase you make, enables us to give back in some way. Please subscribe to our newsletter to see how we’re giving back to the community around us.
With your help, with every purchase, and post you make, every time you wear our brand to do what you love, we’re able to reach more people. You help grow our brand, empowering more women to break the mold and embrace what being LADYLIKE AF truly means.
